Mr. Hoelscher has resided in Cameron, Texas for over 20 years.  He was elected to the Cameron I.S.D. Board of Trustees in 2015.

After graduating from C.H. Yoe High School, Mr. Hoelscher received his Associate's Degree in Logistics. Mr. Hoelscher is a retired member of the United State Military.

In his spare time, Mr. Hoelscher enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, and carpentry. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary, sons Tyler, who is a pre-med student at the University of Arizona, and Manuel, who is a Corpsman in the U.S. Navy. The Hoelschers are also the proud parents of a daughter, Cailynne, who is a 2018 graduate of C.H. Yoe High School.

Mr. Hoelscher is grateful for the opportunity to serve on the board of trustees and to give back to the community that gave so much to him.
