How to Register for Dual Credit Courses
If you are eligible and would like to take courses for dual credit you must:
- Watch the Dual Credit presentation at the top of this page, then fill out and return this form.
Dual Credit Permission Form.pdf Signatures can be done by printing out form (or digitally signing it), signing it (3 places), and scanning it back with your phone.

- Thoroughly follow the directions below to apply to Temple College.

Currently, for the school year 2022-2023, CISD will pay for all classes taken as dual credit during the school day at YHS AS LONG AS YOU COMPLETE THE CLASS SUCCESSFULLY! If you do not complete the class successfully, you will be required to pay Cameron ISD back in full.
